1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Esports Hub White Label platform ("Service") provided by The Esports Hub LTD, a company registered in Scotland ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

The Esports Hub LTD provides a white label competitive gaming platform that allows clients to operate their own branded esports community. The Service includes tournament management, leaderboards, wager systems, user profiles, and related features.

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

  • You may customize branding elements as permitted by your subscription plan
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • You retain ownership of your content and user data
  • We retain all intellectual property rights to the platform software

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • 6-month commitments require payment for the full term
  • Setup fees (if applicable) are one-time charges
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client of the Service, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
  • Moderate your community in accordance with applicable laws

6. Content and Data Ownership

You retain all rights to content and data you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Esports Hub LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you will receive an export of your data in a standard format.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
